You can go online and see when your order is scheduled to arrive. When the driver delivers your product, he will have you sign for it. At the end of the driver’s route, he will upload all of the data he has captured, and you will be able to see your signature online. Simply go to our website and click on the order.We have found that providing this service gives our customers the amount of control with their account that they truly want. They no longer have to ask us to fax a delivery confirmation, and they no longer have to ask for copies of invoices.
